Rewarding week

This week have been quite a good week for me! Monday and tuesday were off days for me, totally enjoy it very much. I want more of this… !!!

Tuesday evening, met up eevoon and debbie. It was also the night i poured out things, it wasn’t plan. **Thanks for listening, and the treat too** It was definitely one of the meet up i had with them which i totally enjoy very much. **Debbie and eevoon, we should have more of this**

On Wednesday night esmond and i met up reagan and val for a good meal at Fish and Co, it started  ard 8plus ended early as there’s work the next day. It was a wrong move to meet on weekday, nevertheless it was a good catchup, so excited and looking forward to december~~ Weeeee…

Yesterday once more

It was a cool and relaxing saturday yesterday, slack at home, read a book, took an afternoon nap.  What a perfect day it was!

At around 6plus, started preparing to meet the ladies at Ricotti @ Riverwalk for dinner.  I was reallyyy having a good time, enjoying every minute of it! Livi, i’ll send you the pictures for editing soon, it’s too bright but i’ll still post it 😀  Thanks for taking time to meet up !

Long weekend ahead~

Somehow managed to survive for the week, work has been getting busier and challenging. For some who might not know, i’m in Business Development Department, thought it was fun in the beginning, but it’s no fun at all.  It’s getting alittle more demanding and challenging… but i’ll still on hang on 🙂 Alright shall move on to next topicc…

Rejoice! rejoice! because it’s a public holiday for me on coming Monday and Company off Day on Tuesday !! Woo~~Really looking forward to it, a good good retreat for me !!

weekends away

This year i received  makeup makeup!  A Bobbi Brown lip crayon, chanel lip gloss + complimentary perfume and lastly Paul & Joe eyeshadow and a bag from one of the branded store.

Friday night was a great night with the girls (lingtze and nen) After knowing each other for many years, it was the first time we had chinese cuisine at Imperial treasure restaurant at ION Orchard followed by chilling session at Coffee Club, though we were really tired, we still managed to hang on (HAHA) Work really drains us out… (Refer end of post for pictures!) – thanks lingtze for uploading pictures on facebook!

Sunday evening was good as well.  Met up royston, jie and bibi for dinner at Majestic Hotel :)) Food is really good, my favourite dish will be noodle (see end of post for pictures) and fried durain ice-cream.

Well… royston asked what’s my birthday wish. “To be happy” was my wish for 2009, simple but yet deep and tough…. LOL~~

Conversations

While i was on my way home with my colleague today, we happened to be on the topic who do we place number one in our lives.  She shared her views, when it comes to mine, i told her mine but deep down i know this isn’t the answer, neither family or friends can fit right at that place in my heart.  Now friends whom you know i treasure very much (you people know who you are) – don’t be offended by my words,i still love and appreciate you very much, we are just fallen beings saved by grace through faith.  The person who probably fit that hole in me will be Jesus Himself 🙂 I remembered those days when susi sang “God-shaped hole”  in one of our services, it’s hip and cool song but the message sinks in deeply.

Day at work

After “tahaning” for 2 days, finally went to the doctor, he asked whether do i need “Medical Certificate..” Stoopid me told him don’t need as i had urgent things to handle in office =/

Well, anyway i learnt something new at work  today, some Japanese from HQ came over to elaborate on the products we are selling.  MAN! It really feels like i’m attending some lectures, i miss those dayss..but the session with HQ people is great! I hope to be able to go in depth to each and every product, but i guess it’s really impossible, if i’m able to i’ll be the super super employee every year (HAHAH)

Cool saturday

Recently my stomach is really weird, get lotsa bloating and burning feeling in my stomach, not a really good feeling, is it indigestion problem or something serious? Hmmmm, anyway i’ll visit a doctor really soon 🙂

Took an afternoon nap – wasn’t feeling really well =X Met up afew friends,  for dinner at toa payoh lorong 7 (great to see gabriel and wenjun) The food is good and cheap!!! We ordered 8 dishes, total bill came to 100plus, per person will be around 12dollars.  We should have more of this gathering :))

A conversation with esmond

We were on the topic on women, now this is  interesting 🙂

I asked, “do you think women are evil?”

Esmond replied –  not the exact words, but something which goes like this  “Yes, all women are capable of that….”

I replied “even your mother?” Okay, his mum is really hospitable and nice, can’t really imagine his mum doing evil things…….

Esmond replied “Yes, she can be…  She will put poison in the salad and stir and GioGio will give off a evil laughter kind of barking….”
